Amber Abner is a speech-language pathologist (SLP) and the owner of Connections: Speech and Language Therapy. She is licensed to practice by the Kentucky Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Born and raised in Madison County, Amber is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where she earned a master's degree in communication disorders. She went on to open That SpeechBus as a way to expand accessibility to speech therapy services for individuals living in her community and others like it.
